Shipping policy

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

How we ship
We do not hold stock. Every order ships directly from our manufacturing partners overseas. That keeps our prices well below traditional retail, and it means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. We would rather say that up front than surprise you afterwards.

Cost
Shipping is free on every order. We add no handling fees at checkout.

Processing time
1 to 2 days. We process orders seven days a week, including weekends.

Delivery times
6 to 20 business days from order, including processing.

Smaller items such as ceramics, textiles and tabletop pieces typically arrive toward the start of that range. Larger items such as lighting, furniture and oversized wall art typically take longer and arrive toward the end of it.

Customs duties and import charges
United States: since August 2025, low-value imports no longer enter the US duty-free. Most of our higher-priced items ship with duties prepaid by our supplier. On some lower-priced items you may be asked to pay a small import charge on delivery. These charges are set by US Customs, are not paid to us, and cannot be calculated in advance.

United Kingdom: goods under £135 are generally not subject to customs duty.

Tracking
You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. It can take several days to show movement.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather and carrier backlogs can extend them. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, email coshelhome@gmail.com and we will replace it or refund you in full.
