Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email coshelhome@gmail.com. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Send a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not need to return it and you will not pay anything.

Change of mind
Contact us within 30 days and we will provide a return address. Return shipping is your responsibility. For orders under $50, we will usually refund you without asking for the item back, because return postage often costs more than the product itself.

Orders not yet shipped
If your order has not entered transit, we will cancel and refund it in full.

Exchanges
Return your item, and once your refund is approved, place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it. If more than 10 business days pass after approval, email coshelhome@gmail.com.
